About Virka

Virka is a personal performance intelligence platform that reads your biometric data, calendar, and journal to deliver a personalised morning briefing and coaching. Virka is operated by Vladimir Rusev, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: vladimir@rusev.co.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Virka, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Early access

Virka is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed. The service is provided as-is during this period. We may discontinue early access at any time with reasonable notice.

Not medical advice

Virka is a coaching and self-awareness tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in Virka constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Virka's coaching suggestions are informational and should not replace professional medical judgment.

Your account

To use Virka you need:

• A Google account for authentication
• An Oura Ring with an active Oura account
• Approval from Virka during the early access period

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Virka, including journal entries and profile information. By using Virka, you grant us permission to process this data to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Virka for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying models or prompts
• Share your account access with others
• Use Virka in a way that could harm or mislead others

Limitation of liability

Virka is provided in good faith but without warranty. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on Virka's coaching, or for any interruption, loss of data, or service unavailability. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using Virka at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, you may request deletion of your data by emailing vladimir@rusev.co.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Virka evolves. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
